Is it really effective in burning fat? does it really help a diet?
I read somewhere that it does not actually burn fat... but I also heard a research that if you exercise at least 1 hour up to 2 hours it will help you burn more fat. They claim that L-carnatine works better with exercise...
I think it helps you take out bad fat and toxins in your stomach.. helping in better digestion of food... it might help clean your digestive tract, but i'm not sure about helping in burning fat...
hello all,
Yes, you are correct that it is not a known \"fat-burner\", only that it can help with diet and exercise. Green tea is in fact a great metabolism booster and works to enhance fat burning.

It appears that the promotion of L-Carnitine as a weigh-loss product is just hype. Several studies have shown that there is no effect on weight loss. L-Carnitine is very important, and is so important that the body makes its own. But to add more than necessary is just wasting money. See http://www.chasefreedom.com/lcarnitine.html for an excellent discussion of the biochemistry.
for the tip doc! I "ll focus on a balanced diet and a progressive exercise regime so I can get my desired figure!
Great choice! There really is no alternative to eating right, exercising and getting proper rest. It sounds too simple but it's true. There's part of us that wants a pill to shed pounds while we continue a toxic lifestyle, but it just isn't possible.
