Keeping Healthy Your Whole Life Through

Welcome to the Healthy Living forum. I've been reading books and magazine articles as long as I can remember, trying to keep myself healthy and my weight under control. I want to be around to enjoy my children, welcome grandchildren, experience a long relaxing retirement and be able to participate in life to the fullest!

In this forum we can talk about the health issues we might encounter that may prevent us from enjoying everyday activities and new experiences. As each of us shares our health concerns, we can help each other to learn new interesting and helpful facts that will help us to reach our healthy living goals.

hello!

I just wanted to share my experience with exercising. I have regularly taken 30 mins-1 hour of exercise per day. I had a change of employment and I then lost my routine, in just a month i gained so much weight and felt so weak. I have since taken time to get my routine back and have been gradually feeling better. I just want to assure people out there that exercise does so much good for our body!

Remember that good and healthy food is still a big factor of our nutrition and health... It can help and can also worsen our health situation depending on your choices...
