I know sunscreens are made to protect us from some harmful effects of the sun, but do we have to look out for anything in its ingredients or the amount we use that may have some negative effects in the skin??

I'm not so sure... but I think some common allergies might get triggered.. well sunscreens do have some warnings about broken skin and allergy histories... so just read the labels... and I think all would be fine...
Yes. specially if have a very sensitive skin not all ingredients in the sunscreen are safe to use although most of them are safe for those who had normal skin.
In a sunblock lotion what do you think is the suggested SPF number to use?
