I'm wondering if you have any information or an opinion on the idea that a person can have too much yeast in their body? (Not a yeast infection) Is there anything to the candida cleanses (gosh, not sure if I'm even saying that right) that you hear about?

Yes, many people have too much yeast.
Take a look at
http://www.annboroch.com/candida.htm She does an excellent job of describing the problem and treatment.
About the cleansing programs for candida that are sold in stores--These can't hurt but I doubt that they will cure the problem because they mostly deal with the candida in the large intestine. Candida can involve the whole body.
I think a person with candida needs to consult a competent holistic professional. I wouldn't trust any doctor who wanted to treat the problem only with pharmaceuticals.
Generally, the problem with yeast is that the diet isn't well-matched to your needs. You could look at my
article on the Eat Right 4 Your Type diet. If you have too much yeast there's probably something in your diet that's not working well for you.
It may just be too much sugar in the diet; that'll certainly do it.

What it is? Candida Albicans (Yeast) Infection, both digestive and systemic, is a social and medical dilemma without easy access to answers or remedies of permanence. Literally millions of men and women have a potential yeast infection that is causing, directly or indirectly, a significant number of existing health problems or conditions.
