Bipolar Disorders

What's with all the people getting bi-polar? Are they putting something weird in our water or what? Is there anything we can do?

Re: Bipolar Disorders

Wow! Good questions. I think part of the problem is pollution. Our environment is getting way too toxic. You're hearing a lot about anti-oxidants today. We all need anti-oxidants to counter some of the pollution. We also need essential fatty acids (I've written several articles on these fats for LesTout) There's been some research that shows that essential fatty acids help with bi-polar disorders.
Because this is a psychiatric condition, people with bi-polar disorders should get professional help and take their medications. Supplements can only help--they don't manage the symptoms like the pharmaceuticals can.
