We've all heard the worst party conversation starters and we may even have done a few ourselves. I once was so desperate to end an awkward silence at a dinner party that I blurted out, "So, did you hear about the guy who was so fat he couldn't leave his house?" I would tell you what the reaction was, but I've blocked it from my conscious memory. But what are the best party conversation starters?
