Which crystals do you connect with the most or find particularly helpful?
For me, I've always had a strong connection with rose quartz and amethyst. I find the rose quartz especially helpful with healing meditations, and amethyst seems to have a strong vibrational energy. It's particularly helpful for me with opening the 6th chakra.
I like crystals and always keep a piece of jade with me. It's supposed to give you a sense of calm and serenity. I could really use that, believe me! LOL! It's also good for removing anxiety and calming emotions. So good for mercy, humility, inner peace, moderation, perspective, compassion and if I'm not mistaken, it's supposed to be good for your heart.
Rose quartz is gorgeous. It's supposed to open you heart, live positively and help prevent wrinkles, too! :)
