What are you grateful for?

Gratitude has a way of opening up the heart and increasing positive energy within our lives. By taking the time each day to focus on what we are truly grateful for we can become more compassionate, happy and spiritually balanced beings.

So what are you really grateful for? Take a few moments to focus on this...it can be anything big or small. Once you've thought of some things, focus on the feelings that it generates within your heart. That is positive and loving energy, the energy that is part of a healthy and fulfilling spiritual life.

If you'd like, write your gratitude list here as a reply to this thread. Making a list of what we're grateful for can help us stay better connected with our inner spirit and foster even greater feelings of gratitude and love within us.

What am I grateful for?

I am grateful to be living in a country where women are equal to (almost) and not just property of men. I am grateful to have enough to eat, a roof over my head, access to health care, education and a social safety network. I am grateful that I do not live in war zone. Just living in North America gives us much to be grateful for but unfortunately people are more focused on material things than the basics. Who cares if you don't have the lastest fashions or trend of the week item, we have many other things that most of the world's population would be grateful to have yet we take it for granted.

I'm grateful for...

I'm loving this topic! I hope there are more replies to it! I am grateful for the friends around me and for having food and shelter in a time when it's pretty tough out there for a lot of people. I'm also grateful that hurricane Gustav didn't destroy New Orleans.

What I'm grateful for

I'm grateful for so many things such as my health, my family and friends, the beautiful autumn-like weather we're having here and all the little joys I experience every day. Nice post...it's always good to keep gratitude alive in our hearts.

Happy Thanksgiving!

I think that we should all be grateful for even the smallest thing. With the economy so bad right now, we should be grateful for the simple things in life.

I'm thankful for humor. During tough times it is important to smile and to look for the lighter side of things.

Greatful to Elizabeth Farrell

Hello I am new here,
My name is Sandra, I found this forum searching to find out what emerald and pink meant.

I was looking into my candle and an oval shape rose up out of it and I followed it with my eyes around the room, it had an emerald outer and was filled in the middle with a deep pink.

I found Elizabeth's article on healing the heart chakra and it all made sense to me.
I am just getting over pneumonia, and have had a lot of stress the last few weeks.

So Thank you Elizabeth I now know how to heal myself.
