Contest Rules

How to Enter:

1. Register as a member of LesTout.com and create a profile.
2. Enter your member name and website choice into the Survey text box and click submit.
3. Entry deadline is given in the Survey page for every contest.
4. One Entry per registered member.

Contest Rules & Restrictions

1. Contest is open to all Canadian and US residents 21 years of age and older only.
2. Cruise leaves from Port Everglades, Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. Winner must provide their own transportation to and from Florida. This prize covers the cruise only as noted in the Prize Details.
3. Winner will be contacted by email and/or telephone Within 1 month after start of Contest. Failure to respond to our contact attempts within 10 days will mean the winner forfeits the prize, in which case a second winner will be chosen.
4. Employees, guides, contractees of LesTout.com, or their family members are not eligible to enter.
5. All Video entries must be in before 12midnight Eastern Time, Monday March 31st.

Prize Details

This trip includes a fun-filled cruise to the Bahamas to enjoy tropical island accommodations on Grand Bahama Island for four (4) days and three (3) nights, plus two (2) nights in Orlando, Florida, PLUS two (2) nights in Daytona Beach, Florida. Cruise sails daily out of Port Everglades, Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.

Reservations require at least 60 days advance notice and you will be required to select two preferred travel dates at least 30 days apart. Travelers are responsible for any/all charges incurred in excess of this prize, such as but not limited to transportation, transfers, island transportation, meals, hotel taxes and gratuities in the Bahamas and Florida. The fulfillment travel center makes every effort to provide accommodations on travel dates selected, therefore, reserves the right to substitute hotels and/or cruise lines of equal or greater value. LesTout.com will be responsible for the US $129.00 per person, double occupancy (US $258) Cruise-Port/Service fee, US $49.00 booking deposit and US $35.00 reservation fee.

The Bahamas is a foreign country and requires Proof of Citizenship in the form of a valid ID (driver’s license) accompanied by a state certified birth certificate or passport, or a valid passport until 12/30/07. For any/all cruises to the Bahamas after 12/30/07 only a valid Passport will be accepted as Proof of Citizenship. Proof of Citizenship identification is subject to Governmental change and is the responsibility of the passengers traveling, to verify current proof of identification required with the proper Governmental authorities prior to travel.

Vacation Getaways is a member of the Better Business Bureau and the Dublin Chamber of Commerce in California. This travel vacation has no cash value and is void if discontinued or where prohibited by law.
