TRAINING If I am accepted as a Lestout.com Channel Guide trainee, I agree that I will take my training serious and that should I not meet editorial standards, I may not become a Lestout.com Channel Guide. 3. COMPENSATION I understand and agree that I will not be compensated during my training time and will only be compensated after I am accepted as a Channel Guide and then only after I have completed my first 60-days as a Channel Guide. 4. BUGS, CONFUSION AND TECHNICAL TROUBLE I fully understand and accept that during training and, should I become a Channel Guide, I may run into the odd technical problem with the Lestout.com tools. I will not hold Lestout.com responsible in any way for technical problems (whether as a result of Lestout.com tools or outside influence) which prevents me from completing my training. 5. COMMUNICATION WITH LESTOUT.COM AND STAFF I fully understand and accept that as I undergo training and, should I become a Channel Guide, I will not phone Lestout.com staff, editors, and guides unless absolutely necessary. I will communicate with staff via email and Instant Messenger. Lestout.com will not be responsible or held responsible if I do not receive important emails. It is up to me to provide Lestout.com with a valid working email account and to check my email on a regular basis for updates. 6. CHANNEL EDITING AND REVIEWING I understand that Lestout.com may edit, change, and update my Information Channel at any time for any reason what so ever. I understand my Information Channel will be under constant review.
