I cant believe i was enlightened by this video... Meditation was a simple thing if you could let it blossom in you..

I also believe this like you few years back but I have seen, practise, in whatever form it may be makes one perfect and give us opportunity to get a hold on the subject we are into and to learn the inner meaning out of it :) A person now a days need to be very exceptional to let the blossom occurs naturally.
